The Allen Outdoors team ask that we (client and Allen Outdoors) come to an agreement with regard to accidents and incidents.

We are not avoiding our responsibility to provide our clients and staff a safe operating environment, but simply seek to indemnify ourselves against lawsuits and the like, which can be persued by the vexatious, for events of unfortunate occurrence (bad luck).

"It is the bad that allows us to know that good, 'is' good".

It is your enjoyment and helping you achieve your goals that is our business, to let us do that:-

You accept:

1. That outdoor recreations have an element of risk, and personal injury or worse is an accepted possible consequence.

2. ALLEN OUTDOORS for purpose of this agreement will include staff, agents, and others deemed to be acting for or on behalf of ALLEN OUTDOORS

3. The client and the clients personal representatives waive the right to sue for any accident, or death where that was caused directly or indirectly by ALLEN OUTDOORS

4. This agreement and business transaction shall be subject only to New Zealand Law and Courts

5. Any disputes given rise during the coarse of this agreement or by this agreement shall be referred to mediation. A mediator shall be chosen by mutual consideration and agreement.

6. The client agrees to take all actions deemed necessary by ALLEN OUTDOORS in the interest of the safety of the client, ALLEN OUTDOORS and the wider public.

7. FORCE MAJEURE:- ALLEN OUTDOORS shall not be held liable for any loss caused to clients for any action or event occurring beyond reasonable control. ALLEN OUTDOORS does agree under all circumstance to make every effort to minimise loss and or disruption to the client, and do it's utmost to provide the intended services.

8.It is accepted by the client that in hunting wild animals success is not guaranteed.

9. This agreement will terminate on the completion of the contracted services.

10. If a signed copy of this agreement has not been received it will have been deemed the client has accepted the terms of the agreement upon collection from airport or otherwise. Collection/ introduction will be the beginning of this transaction.

11. I (client)___________________________________ being over 18 years of age, and of sound mind acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of this agreement, and acknowledge that I have or could have taken legal advice with regard to this agreement.
